Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, ready-to-eat meals, snacks, sweets, and dry fruits cannot be returned once delivered unless:

* The product is damaged during transit.
* The wrong item has been delivered.
* The product has expired at the time of delivery.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
